This beautifully renovated three-bedroom villa is spread over three floors, offering plenty of space and comfort for a family holiday. Located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Lagos, in Odiáxere, it enjoys spectacular views over the lagoon and towards the sea.
The entrance is on the middle floor, with a bright living room, open-plan kitchen, spacious terrace overlooking the lagoon and a WC. The terrace features a dining area, sun loungers, an outdoor countertop with a sink, a BBQ area and stairs leading down to the pool.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has access to a large terrace with incredible lagoon and sea views. This floor also has a separate full bathroom and an office, both with direct access to the terrace.
The two remaining bedrooms are on the lower floor and share a bathroom. This level also has a separate lounge and kitchen, with a double sofa bed accommodating up to two additional guests.
The villa is set in peaceful surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle. On windy days, you can watch kite surfers across the lagoon, a popular activity in the area.
