The apartment is fully equipped with all the essential amenities including AC in both bedrooms and living room, washing machine, WIFI, and more.
There is a large pool as well as a children’s pool exclusively for the use of the few apartments in the condominium. Situated in a friendly residential neighbourhood, close to many restaurants and cafes as well the beautiful Dona Ana beach.
